We’re looking for three motivated sales professionals to join our team as a Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer. What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED
Strong sales & communication skills – Build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
Goal-driven & motivated – Meet sales targets and grow your career.
Property & Casualty, Health & Life License – Already licensed or willing to get certified (we’ll help!).
Career-focused mindset – Seeking long-term success in insurance sales.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain client relationships.
Identify insurance needs and recommend solutions.
Meet and exceed sales goals.
Build your client base through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends and products.
Work with a supportive team to deliver excellent service.

What We Offer

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Commercial Lines - Customer Service Representative. If you have a passion for problem solving, helping others, and finding unique solutions, this is the position for you.

Requirements:

Currently hold or willing to get Property & Casualty license: If you do not already have this license, we will support and guide you in obtaining them.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate tough conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow: Stay updated on industry trends and continually improve your skills.
Career mindset: A long-term commitment to a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to commercial insurance clients by phone, email, and in person. Servicing needs include: payments, address updates, driver and vehicle changes, audits, and general coverage questions.
Certificates of Insurance & Policy Documentation: Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other proof-of-coverage documents.
Commercial Policy Renewals: Prepare and present commercial renewal proposals, reviewing premium, rate, and coverage changes with clients. This includes updating business information and ACORD applications.
Account Review & Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Commercial Lines CSR Support team and producers to identify accounts that may need to be re-quoted or revisited.

Sick Leave: Five paid sick days available immediately upon hire.
Vacation Time: After a probation period of ninety days, enjoy 3 vacation days accrued during the first year, with time accrued from the first day of work. Vacation time will increase with tenure & time accrued up to 15 days.
Birthday Paid Leave: You will receive a paid day off on your birthday. If it falls on a weekend, you may choose to take the Monday or Friday off.
Work From Home Days: After one year of employment, you will be eligible for 6 work from home days.
Retirement Plan: Benefit from a company-sponsored retirement plan with a 3% match, effective after the ninety day probation period.
Holidays: We observe all major holidays, providing you with time to relax and recharge.

Company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements, the policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and may be modified at the company's discretion.

Salary: $36,000 - $46,000 DOE
