We’re looking for three motivated sales professionals to join our team as a Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer. If you’re driven, goal-oriented, and ready to help clients protect what matters most, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Career mindset: A long-term commitment to a rewarding career in the insurance industry.
Currently hold or willing to get Property & Casualty, Health & Life license: If you do not already have these licenses, we will support and guide you in obtaining them.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Meet and exceed new business production goals.
Continuously build and expand your client base through networking, marketing, and referrals.
