We’re looking for three motivated sales professionals to join our team as a Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance Sales Producer. If you’re driven, goal-oriented, and ready to help clients protect what matters most, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong sales & communication skills – Build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Goal-driven & motivated – Meet sales targets and grow your career.
  • Property & Casualty, Health & Life License – Already licensed or willing to get certified (we’ll help!).
  • Career-focused mindset – Seeking long-term success in insurance sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Identify insurance needs and recommend solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Build your client base through networking, marketing, and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and products.
  • Work with a supportive team to deliver excellent service.

BBCO Insurance is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Manage mail, assist with policy tracking, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer additional support to agents and clients while identifying opportunities to promote services.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Currently hold or willing to obtain a Property & Casualty, Health & Life license (60-day window to obtain with our guidance).
  • Strong communication skills – Ability to handle tough conversations with empathy.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities – You’ll juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
  • Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with computerized office systems and software applications.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
